I went to The Firehouse last week with friends and the food was AMAZING. The Firehouse has only been open for about a month and is located next door to Ramona. Ramona (Detroit-style pizzeria and margarita bar) itself only opened relatively recently – and The Firehouse have the same people behind it. Went to Six By Nico other week for a “Friendma” – Christmas get together with friends. Six By Nico changes its menu every 6 weeks with a different tasting menu. We went during the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party theme – so lots of the things not as they seem. For example the Steak Tartare was Six By Nico: Manchester – Review

Umezushi is one of the best sushi places in Manchester. Maybe the best – although I have not tried them all! It has won numerous awards including their chef Terry Huang winning the Chef of the Year award at the Manchester Food & Drink Awards 2016. Rudy’s has been there for a while but over last couple years ish there has been Elnecot, Seven Bro7hers, Second City, Sugo, Canto to name just a few. Koreana – Review

Been to this Dishoom a couple times – all during its “soft launch” period at the end of last year. Went with group of friends for a late breakfast first time. During the soft launch – (so it was 50% off the food), you could not book a table and it was first come, first Dishoom – Manchester: Review. Good tasty food!
